VALENTINE FOR EVERYONE
❤๐๐
❤๐๐
Look at cross first, because it is there JESUS bought our hand in marriage. ❤✝️ He paid the price not only for our sin , but is a picture of Him paying the dowry to the Father.
And one day soon and very soon, He is coming for His bride ๐ง♀️, all who have said "Yes!!!" ๐
They have received His open armed invitation on that cross for the forgiveness of their sins , and peace with God the Father! They are going to a wedding feast, where there is room for all!!
But how will they be adorned for such a wedding?? This is determined by their work as servants now, before the wedding begins. You see, it is not enough that they are going.. no!!! For Jesus made room for all, and His Father wants those who are going to invite everyone!! After all, the King ๐ has given His only begotten son, and there is only one wedding, one bride to adore Him! ❤๐๐
And so for now, we who are going prepare our adornments for the wedding. It is indeed, our reasonable service, as "one fit for a King". To be so in love with Him as to sacrifice their own life for Him to be adored , honored, praised... by as many others as will come! The work we have done will make us beautiful๐ฅฐ๐ .. at the wedding!! All of Heaven will be there adoring US as Jesus bride, and as Word tells us, He will rejoice over us with singing!! Wow!!
Folks, now that YOU SEE the invitation is the good news , the gospel, and YOU are to invite others, compel others as His parable tells us, to join YOU at the wedding as His bride... what will YOU do ???
Many of you may say, how do I do it ? I can't share. You can come up with many reasons not to share, just as in the parable, many people have reasons not to come to the wedding! But let me tell you , it is as simple as the parable Jesus told says it is. We go invite people!!
Our group Share The Gospel hands out gospel tracts like many in the Church did years ago. We have found that 7 or 8 out of 10 on average will take one when we offer "something out of the Bible for you."
Even in our culture , people see these tracts as an invitation from the King, as important. They are indeed like invitations to the wedding. A Valentine from the Lord Himself. The invitation speaks for itself! All you have to do is get them out !!!
Ok, so In the parable below, look WHERE the King tells His servants to go ... OUTSIDE THE WALLS OF HIS CASTLE, AKA THE CHURCH BUILDING.. read it! The King said " go into the streets of the town, the alleys, the roads and the country lanes, to the poor, the crippled, the blind and the lame"
Jesus our bridegroom did this. He wasn't too good to go to these places. He set an example for His bride. The question is , are we willing to obey, to share, to please the King, and our sweet, precious Valentine, our Lord Jesus! ❤✝️
PARABLE
"Jesus replied: 'A certain man was preparing a great banquet and invited many guests. At the time of the banquet he sent his servant to tell those who had been invited, "Come, for everything is now ready."
"Jesus replied: 'A certain man was preparing a great banquet and invited many guests. At the time of the banquet he sent his servant to tell those who had been invited, "Come, for everything is now ready."
"But they all alike began to make excuses. The first said, 'I have just bought a field, and I must go and see it. Please excuse me.'
"Another said, 'I have just bought five yoke of oxen, and I'm on my way to try them out. Please excuse me.'
"Still another said, 'I just got married, so I can’t come.'
"The servant came back and reported this to his master. Then the owner of the house became angry and ordered his servant, 'Go out quickly into the streets and alleys of the town and bring in the poor, the crippled, the blind and the lame.'
"'Sir,' the servant said, 'what you ordered has been done, but there is still room.'
"Then the master told his servant, 'Go out to the roads and country lanes and compel them to come in, so that my house will be full. I tell you, not one of those who were invited will get a taste of my banquet'" (Luke 14:15–24
