We have 3 male rats who sleep in a cage and like cats and dogs, they have their own personalities about themselves. We named one Zippy because he's very fast, another is Big Ben, he is the oldest as a big uncle to the others. He's also as big in body length as a squirrel beside the tail. And the other is Snowball who is white and soft. Rats are smart like dogs, they don't jump on you like dogs though. This short video will show you how some really are and you may be surprised. It doesn't always help to listen to popular opinion.
